What is an escape room game?

An escape room is a real-world adventure where your team explores a themed space, discovers clues, solves puzzles, and works toward a shared goal before the timer ends.

Do I need experience to play?

You can start with curiosity and a willingness to work together. Look carefully, share discoveries, and listen to your teammates. Explore the experience details before choosing your game.

Are all the experiences scary?

The style varies by experience. Some focus on horror and live-action thrills; others focus on puzzles, discovery, or fantasy. Select a branch to explore its lineup and ask the team if you’re unsure which experience suits your group.

What is the difference between Live Action and Classic?

Live Action experiences include a live performer. Classic experiences focus on puzzles and discovery without a live performer. Each experience page identifies its type.

How many people can play?

Group sizes depend on the experience. Select a branch and check the game details and booking site. For a larger group, use the team-building inquiry page so the team can discuss suitable rooms and sessions.

How do I book and check prices?

Any booking button opens the existing Rabbit Room booking site. Choose your experience there to see current prices, available sessions, and reservation details.

Can we arrange a team-building event?

Start with the team-building page. Share your group size, preferred date, and goals so the team can discuss suitable games and scheduling. Prepare an inquiry draft, then review and send it to the team through your email app.

What if our group has age, accessibility, or suitability questions?

Contact the team before booking and explain what your group needs. Ask about the specific experience so suitability and arrangements can be confirmed directly.

Website inquiry forms prepare email drafts. You decide whether to send them. Room bookings are handled by the connected booking program.

Form details stay in this page’s memory until you leave or reload it. House of Mystery is coming soon; the portal does not collect player details. Inquiry forms do not write to browser storage. Copying an inquiry puts it on your clipboard; opening the email draft passes it to your chosen email app. You decide whether to send it.

Booking, map, social, telephone, and email links open external services. The Google Map on the La Union page is provided by Google and connects to Google when it loads. The official game posters and event artwork are hosted with this website and do not require an external image request. This website and House of Mystery use no analytics. The booking program has its own privacy and analytics settings. Fonts, the franchise location map, and the fog video are hosted with this website. The branch’s Google Map needs an internet connection.

The merchandise catalog stores product information managed by the owner. Merchandise inquiries prepare drafts; they do not place orders or take payments. Read the booking privacy notice.
